Summary

E-Test Dusts are the test dusts for the environmental tests of the electrotechnical products.
APPIE is preparing and distributing E-Test Dusts which are prepared in accordance with the manufacture standard of APPIE based on IEC 60068-2-68.

Talc : 3MgO · 4SiO2 · H2O   particle density :ρρ= 2.83.0 g/cm3
Quartz : SiO2 99% particle density :ρρ= 2.62.8 g/cm3

APPIE and IEC measure the particle size by using of other method mutually.
Therefore,the particle size distribution provided by APPIE and IEC are similar,but not same.
